  • Breath training is a direct way to influence the nervous system, improve resilience, and restore balance in the body-mind. I work with individuals seeking better health, performance, and stress regulation, as well as with organizations looking to support their people through evidence-based breathing practices. Whether one-on-one or in group and workplace settings, this work is practical, measurable, and designed to create lasting change, not just momentary relief.

  • I offer yoga classes primarily through my online studio, Better Yoga. Here, yoga is rooted in functional movement and a deep respect for anatomy and alignment. Through our online studio, members have access to thoughtful, sustainable practices that support strength, mobility, and nervous system health. In addition, I offer in-person therapeutic private sessions for those seeking personalized guidance with precision and care.

  • My retreats and events create space to step out of daily patterns and reconnect through movement, breath, rest in community. These experiences are intentionally designed to support regulation, reflection, and meaningful integration, whether in a multi-day retreat setting or a single curated event. Each gathering blends science-informed practices with timeless wisdom, offering participants tools they can carry back into everyday life. Plus, signature Better Yoga retreats include organic, Ayurveda-inspired homemade meals to nourish you with love from the inside out.

A bit about me

Hi there, I’m Tiger. I’m a breath educator, yoga instructor, and health nerd.

I started practicing yoga when I was 9, exploring a range of styles thanks to my curious and encouraging parents. My practice was a solace growing up as a competitive athlete and 4.0 student, as it allowed me to balance my Type-A tendencies and understand my habits and foibles. It wasn’t until after graduating from New York University with a degree in politics that I took the next step to become a teacher.

I earned my 200-hour certification from the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Western Massachusetts, and went on to attain an additional 200-hour with the Katonah Yoga Center in New York. During my graduate studies in health at Georgetown University, I also gained my Master Instructor certification from Oxygen Advantage®.

When working with clients, my goal is to help people discover efficient movement and breathing to save time and energy to put toward what matters to them in life. Through yoga, we strive toward understanding the bodily and mental habits that get in the way of us realizing our greatest selves. Through breath training, we discover how to manipulate our nervous systems to rise to the occasion and differentiate ourselves and maximize our performance. As a result of showing up over and over, what was once hard becomes second nature, and new challenges arise to inspire us to yearn toward something greater.

I’m live and work in South Carolina’s Low Country. If you’re interested in working with me in person, I’d love to connect.

Client Testimonial — K. Jones

“Tiger helped me discover the treasure I have within my own breath. Her expert guidance through our 1:1 breath training sessions illuminated my awareness. I began private sessions because I wanted to improve my athletic performance, but what I experienced through her guidance and knowledge was so much more. I now have a wider capacity to hold life and all that it brings with an enhanced ability to self-regulate using my breath. I am more resilient do daily challenges and I feel more calm overall. My breath is slower and softer, which in turn has made life feel slower and softer. Tiger continues to be a support for me and I am truly grateful for her undivided attention during our private sessions and the individualized, thoughtful training plans she crafted for me after each session. Private breath training sessions with Tiger were an absolute gift.”
